To best serve everyone's needs, I select an agent that works well with Buyers for each of my listings. This agent must be located close to the subject property so it can be shown quickly. We enter into a referral agreement on a per property basis. I charge a 20% referral fee to the assigned agent. Once the referral contract has been faxed to me, and the property is on the market, all Buyer leads are forwarded to that agent. If that agent sells one of these leads the subject listing, REOComplete Real Estate is due the 20% of the selling agent portion of the commission.
